What is eInvoicing?

An eInvoice, or electronic invoice, is a document created, sent, received, processed, and archived in a structured electronic format that enables its automatic and electronic processing.

My eInvoice is currently the only licensed information intermediary for the exchange of e-invoices and other electronic documents.

According to Article 10 of the Electronic Document Law, the eInvoice becomes the only valid document, while the printed invoice is considered a copy. As of January 1, 2023, you are obliged to send invoices through SEF (Secure Electronic File) platform.

Prescribed penalty regulations that follow if invoicing is carried out outside the defined parameters range from 200,000 to 2,000,000 RSD. Penalty provisions are stipulated in Articles 18-21 of the Electronic Invoicing Law.
