Docloop is the only licensed information intermediary appointed by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia for the exchange of e-invoices and other e-documents.
The company was founded in 2018 in Belgrade, initially focusing on education and public awareness through seminars and lectures. This effort has later resulted in gaining the trust and collaboration of over 4500 clients across Serbia and the region.
Our products include: My eRačun, My DMS, eKnjigovodstvo, and the development of sustainable business projects – ESG reports.

Nenad is one of the first employees at Docloop, starting his career as a Consultant in May 2018. Shortly thereafter, he advanced to the position of Manager of the partner network. Over the following period, he gradually took on new roles and acquired the necessary knowledge. In June 2021, he assumed the role of CEO, or Director of the company. From the very beginning, in addition to an economic focus, he has been dedicated to technological progress and innovations, enabling the company to achieve success and set new standards in the exchange and management of electronic documents.
Nenad is exceptionally diligent, hardworking, responsible, dedicated to his job, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving results. He has a focus on innovation and seeks new software achievements. Possessing excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as communicative abilities, he successfully represents our company in the best light on the market. Simultaneously, he builds a team of collaborators focused on unity, progress, and the company’s development.

Sanja joined the Docloop team on October 17, 2022. She innovated many business processes, introduced new procedures, helped colleagues understand the importance of ecology and environmental protection, and influenced the company to develop and steer its operations in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner.
Sanja received education in Belgrade, Greece, and America, making her fluent in three languages. She has completed studies, numerous specializations, eco-projects, and courses in Serbia and abroad.
Her dedication contributes to making energy efficiency, waste sorting, and recycling integral parts of Docloop’s business. In order to protect and improve the environment, she organizes green actions such as tree planting and forest and shoreline cleanups in collaboration with our partners. Passionate, professional, and a great nature and animal lover, she actively promotes environmental responsibility.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting are crucial segments in modern business. With Sanja leading the environmental sector, Docloop has gained a strong reputation in these areas and sets a positive example for other companies.

Aleksandar embarked on his professional adventure with us on February 1, 2021, and since then, he has undergone significant development, reaching his current prestigious position as Key Account Manager. Aleksandar is a true synonym for expertise in selling Docloop services. He started his ascent as a Sales Agent, quickly becoming the Team Leader of Sales Agents. His expertise is not limited to the professional sphere.
Aleksandar is close to completing his studies at the Faculty of Applied Management, Economics, and Finance in Belgrade, adding depth to his knowledge and skills. This combination of theoretical and practical knowledge makes him not only an outstanding salesperson but also an expert with a comprehensive understanding of the business world.

Bojan has been a part of Docloop since June 3, 2021. With nearly 15 years of experience in the sales field, he has attended numerous seminars and completed thorough training to enhance his skills. These skills, along with his knowledge and accumulated experience, are essential for successful collaboration and communication with clients.
Bojan’s organizational abilities, perseverance, ambition, excellent negotiation skills, teamwork, and focus on results and planned objectives have led him to the position of Sales Sector Manager as of November 1, 2022.
A highly sociable individual, Bojan is a favorite among colleagues and a passionate nature enthusiast, as well as a former professional athlete. He views sales as a broad multidisciplinary concept that involves understanding the client’s needs, building relationships, and experiencing great satisfaction when receiving feedback that the client is pleased with the collaboration.

Slavica assumed the position of Finance Director on October 4, 2021, and at the beginning of 2023, she also took over the management of CRM operations.
She graduated in Business Finance and Accounting from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade. Her work experience primarily spans the areas of finance and controlling, along with expertise in organization, project management, general management, and corporate governance. With over 25 years of significant work experience, the knowledge and skills she has acquired are of great importance to our company.
Slavica is a seasoned professional with exceptional organizational abilities and a strong dedication to her work. She is highly analytical, systematic, and responsible in her approach. Involved in numerous business processes within our company, she is always ready to support and assist colleagues in achieving our common goals for progress and company development.

Goran has been a part of the Docloop team since January 13, 2021. He earned his degree as an IT engineer in 2019.
He currently holds the position of Technical Project Manager and Deputy Director since July 19, 2023.
Goran enjoys winning, exudes elegance and wit, and is characterized by knowledge, a willingness to learn, a clear stance, independent thinking, and high motivation. He tackles challenges on the fly, aligning the work of his sector and our company with market demands and the rapid development of information technologies.

Jovana initiated her collaboration with Docloop on October 12, 2021, in the technical support sector and quickly progressed to the position of Manager of Partner Networks. A graduate economist with a diverse range of interests and a desire to acquire new knowledge and experiences.
She is responsible for developing the partner network, contributing to the improvement of collaboration with partners, finding new partners, maintaining, monitoring, and analyzing the performance of the partner network. Jovana is also involved in presenting and promoting our company’s services to potential and existing partners and clients.
In addition, Jovana serves as the supervisor of the customer technical support sector, where her organizational skills and friendliness enable a high level of satisfaction for both our users and partners.
Exceptionally responsible, organized, always cheerful, and positive, Jovana is an indispensable part of the Docloop team.

Nikola believes in the importance of embarking on business adventures as early as possible, continuous self-improvement, and putting in effort. He has been a member of the Docloop team since August 2021.
Before taking on a leadership role in our team, Nikola gained significant experience as a consultant, working with leading companies in our country. In September 2023, he completed his studies, earning the title of a graduate engineer in Information Technology. His experience includes successfully leading projects for implementing Document Management Systems (DMS), providing advice to partners on efficient integrations, and establishing digital strategies that enhance clients’ business. By motivating his team and setting clear goals, he contributes to continuous improvement and the success of the team.
Nikola is ambitious, flexible, creative, and has a sports-oriented spirit. He is highly respected by his team, with whom he enjoys overcoming professional challenges and celebrating the personal development of each team member.
